The New York State Police Marine Patrol charged Steven Lavarnway, 26 years old, of Alexandria Bay N.Y. with B.W.I. after he was observed operating a vessel after dark without running lights.
Mr. Lavarnaway’s B.A.C. was 0.19% and he will appear in Alexandria Town Court on 07/21/09 at 8:00 PM.
