State Police in Watertown arrest man for menacing

(Watertown, NY - June 26, 2010) The State Police in Watertown arrested Kevin C. Cean, 30, of 5200 Route 11 in Adams on 1 count of Menacing 2nd a Class A Misdemeanor.

Cean fired two rounds from a .22 caliber rifle in a safe direction and was still holding it while engaged in a verbal dispute on Route 11 in the town of Ellisburg on May 29 at about 10:30 p.m.

The victims, Michael S. Thompson, 35, of Ellisburg and Dwayne C. Engle, 46, of Pulaski were not injured and did not know the suspect.

Cean was issued an appearance ticket to return June 30 at 3 p.m. in the town of Ellisburg Court and released.

The State Police in Watertown arrested Dustin J. Crossno 06-04-92 15824 CR-91 Pierrepont Manor, NY 13674 Town of Ellisburg, Jefferson County on 1 count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th a Class D Felony, and 1 count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child a Class A Misdemeanor.

On July 27th, 2009 said defendant while in the Town of Lorraine, NY did give Zanax a schedule IV(c) 1 controlled substance known as Alprazolam to a 16 year old female causing a medical condition that required hospitalization.

Defendant was arraigned before T/Leray T/J George Meade and ROR’d pending Grand Jury action.
