Alguire was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Orleans court on 12/15/09 at 7:00pm.
On 11/23/09 at approximately 8:30 PM, the New York State Police arrested Ian M. McCray, 25, of East Syracuse, NY for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
