(Orleans, NY - October 10, 2009)

Theron K. Rueckert, Age 50, 22 Lonesome Rd Fairport, was stopped on I-81 SB, T/Orleans at 9:30 AM and for crossing a hazardous marking.
Subsequent investigation determined that the Defendant was intoxicated. After failing all SFST’s the operator provided a breath sample with a BAC of .16%.
