DeCecchis, 30493 Route 12, Watertown, town of Rutland on 1 count of Burglary 1st Degree a Class B Felony and 1 count of Assault 3rd Degree a Class A Misdemeanor.

On August 24, 2010, between the hours of 3 and 4 pm, police said DeCecchis entered the residence of the victim without permission and assault his wife causing physical injury.

The defendant was arraigned before Town of Denmark Court, on Aug. 25, 2010 at 12:01 am.

Hall, 31731 County Route 143 Black River with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Hall was charged subsequent to an investigation that found she, being the legal guardian of 16 year old, did allow that 16 year old to have a sexual relationship with an 18 year old.

She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the Town of Rutland Court returnable on 05/04/10.
