Aggravated DWI arrest in the Town of Clayton thumbnail

(Clayton, NY – Jan. 23, 2010) The New York State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested Adam O. Collins, 41867 State Route 12, Fishers Landing, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated this morning.

At approximately 2:14 AM this morning, Mr. Collins was stopped on County Route 3 in the Town of Clayton for weaving across the center and fog lines.  The subsequent investigation revealed he was intoxicated.  His BAC was 0.20 percent.

He was issued tickets for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation – 2nd degree, Move From Lane Unsafely, and inadequate brake lamp, and released to reappear in the Town of Clayton Court on 01/26/10.
