(WATERTOWN, NY - March 16, 2010) The New York State Police in Watertown arrested Isaac Quiles, 26, for Assault 2nd degree. Quiles is an inmate within the NYSDOC at the Watertown Facility.
Quiles allegedly struck a Correctional Officer with intent to prevent him from performing his duties on 03/08/10 at about 6:45 PM. The Correctional Officer suffered bruising above his right eyebrow.
Quiles was arraigned in the Town of Watertown Court before Town Justice McClusky and remanded back to the custody of the NYSDOC without bail.
