Criminal Contempt arrest in the Village of Clayton

The New York State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested Penny L. O’hara, age 49, 27878 NYS Rte 12, Watertown, NY for Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.

The arrest stems from an incident that took place at O’brien’s Bar in the Village of Clayton on 12/16/09. At approximately 1:00 PM, John M. Mosier, age 39, 17174 Blanchard Lane, Clayton, was sitting in O’brien’s, when Ms. O’hara, an ex-girlfriend, entered the bar and placed a Christmas Gift next to Mr. Mosier, telling him it was for him. Mr. Mosier has an Order of Protection issued by the Town of Clayton court that forbids Ms. O’hara from having any contact with him.

On 12/17/09 Ms. O’hara was arrested, processed, and issued an Appearance Ticket Returnable to the Village of Clayton court on 12/29/09.
