Criminal Mischief and Marihuana in the Town of Clayton

Alexandria Bay NY, October 24, 2009

The New York State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested Scott J.C. Taylor, age 16, 15235 County Route 11, Depauville, NY for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana at approximately 1:45 AM on 10/24/09.

Mr. Taylor was involved in a Domestic Dispute with his mother, Christi A. Haas, age 46, and he locked her out of the house and pulled the telephone cord from the wall while she was attempting to call 911. During the course of the investigation, he was found to possess a homemade smoking device with Marihuana residue.

He was arraigned in the Town of Clayton Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $2500.00 cash bail. He is to appear back in the Town of Clayton court on 11/10/09.
