(Clayton, NY) The New York State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested MICHAEL A. COOK, age 21, 719 James Street, Clayton, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
On 02/13/10, at approximately 2:22 AM, he was stopped on Theresa Street in the Village of Clayton, after a mobile computer registration check showed the vehicle he was operating had a suspended registration for having no insurance. The subsequent investigation revealed he was also intoxicated. BAC – 0.24%.
He was issued tickets returnable to the Village of Clayton Court on 02/23/10 and released.
