(Watertown, NY – April 26, 2010) State Police Watertown arrested 38 year old Michele D. Hall, 31731 County Route 143 Black River with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Hall was charged subsequent to an investigation that found she, being the legal guardian of 16 year old, did allow that 16 year old to have a sexual relationship with an 18 year old.

She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the Town of Rutland Court returnable on 05/04/10.
