Forcible Touching arrest for Gouverneur man
(Watertown, NY – March 12, 2010) The State Police in Watertown arrested 21-year-old Richard J. Cronce of 43 Wall St. Gouverneur for one misdemeanor count of Forcible Touching.
Arrest subsequent to investigation found that on 12/14/09 Cronce unwantedly touched the left breast of a female, while at Taco Bell in the Town of Leray.
Cronce was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the Town of Leray Court on 03/22/10.
