Four Arrested on Larceny Charges in Jefferson County

(Watertown, NY - August 12, 2009) -

State Police in Watertown arrested 44 year-old, Mark A. Miller; 38 year-old, Brenda L. Miller and 19 year-old, Shayne D. Miller of 56 Country Club Rd. Town of Gouverneur, St. Lawrence County on 2 counts each of Petit Larceny, a Class “A” Misdemeanor. Mark and Brenda Miller additionally charged with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class “A” Misdemeanor. Also charged in the investigation was 16 year-old, Alivia M. Vaughns of 175 Pooler St. Gouverneur, NY with 2 counts of Petit Larceny.

All of the defendants did steal property from Super Wal-Mart on State Route11 in the Town of Leray in Jefferson County on 07-27-09 for $887.73 and

08-11-09 for $307.19.

During the 08-11-09 incident Mark and Brenda Miller had their 9 year old son with them in the process of the larceny. All four defendants were issued Appearance Tickets returnable to the Town of Leray Court on August 24, 2009 at 7:00 PM.
