Grand Larceny Arrest

(Watertown, NY - April 22, 2010) State Police Watertown arrested 38 year old Scott F. Langdon of 1136 Franklin St., Watertown for one count of Grand larceny 3, Falsifying Business Records 1st and Offering A False instrument for filing 1st.

Charges subsequent to investigation by New York State Dept of Labor that found that between August 11, 2008 through December 21, 2008 Langdon collected $3,468 in unemployment benefits when he was actually gainfully employed.

He was arraigned in the Town of Watertown Court and RORed pending action by the Grand Jury.
