(Watertown, NY - February 23, 2010) The State Police in Watertown arrested Lamottrice S. Brown, 11/20/88, 26817 Libby Lane. The investigation revealed he was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife and she left the residence on Libby Lane in her vehicle and traveled to the Percision Car wash at the corner of Anable Ave and Route 11, Town of Leray.
The argument escalated and Brown back his vehicle up across the parking lot and intentionally rammed the side of his wife vehicle causing extensive damage.
No injuries were reported as a result of Brown’s actions.
Brown resisted arrest upon the Trooper’s arrival by physically refusing to place his hands behind his back. Brown is active military. Brown was charged with 1 count of Criminal Mischief 2nd and resisting arrest. Brown was arraigned in the Town of Watertown Court and released to the Military Police.
