Lafargeville Teen Charged with Contempt and Harassment Following a Domestic Dispute
(Lafargeville, NY - August 23, 2009)
SP Alexandria Bay arrested Seth D. Cummings, age 18, 20263 CR 181 Lafargeville for Criminal Contempt 2nd and Harrasment 2nd stemming from a domestic dispute with his mother on 08/21/09. Cummings violated an Order of Protection prohibiting harassing behavior. Cummings was arraigned in the T/Orleans Court and remanded to the Jefferson County PSB in lieu of $1500 cash or $2000 bond.
