Police charge Clayton woman with Harassment thumbnail

(Clayton, NY – Dec. 20, 2009) – State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested 38 year old Aimee L. Cooley of 15739 County Route 3, Clayton, NY for Harassment in the Second Degree.

The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Nov. 21, 2009 at a benefit at Obrien’s Restaurant and Bar in the Village of Clayton. State Police claim that Cooley, who was a patron at the benefit for a critically ill local woman, grabbed 20 year old Jessica Thompson of County Route 5, Lafargeville by the hair and pulled her to the ground. Thompson was working for the benefit at the time.

Cooley was issued a Criminal Summons to appear in the Village of Clayton court on Dec. 29, 2009 at 7 p.m.
