Scheme to defraud, larceny arrest
(Watertown, NY – February 09, 2010) State Police in Watertown arrested 24 year old Ross Pierce for one count of felony Scheme to Defraud 1st Degree and 6 counts of Petit Larceny.
Arrest was subsequent to an investigation that found that Pierce had stolen approximately $4,539 in computer equipment on six separate occasions from the Super Walmarts and Sams Club in the Towns of Watertown and Leray.
Pierce was arraigned in the Town of Watertown Court and remanded to the Jefferson County PSB on no bail.
