SP Alexandria Bay Charge a Clayton Man With Harassment 2nd
Clayton, New York – October 18, 2009
SP Alexandria Bay arrested Samuel J. Matthews Sr., age 52, State Rte 12, Clayton N.Y. after he shoved Mr. George Paddock, age 76, of Clayton N.Y. following a verbal dispute at the C-Way restaurant in Clayton.
Mathews was issued a criminal summons to appear in the Town of Clayton Court on November 10, 2009.
