SP Alexandria Bay charges Calcium man with Assault, Stalking and Criminal Contempt

(Alexandria Bay, NY - September 06, 2009)

On 09/06/09 SP Alexandria Bay arrested Raymond J. Nuijens, age 21, 25531 James St Calcium NY for Assault 3rd, 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, and Stalking 3rd.

The Assault charges stem from Nuijens punching Timothy L. Hull in the face in front Downtown Lounge in Alexandria Bay.

Nuijens was also charged with Stalking in the 3rd degree and Criminal Contempt for following his ex- girlfriend on several occasions in the village of Alexandria Bay.

Nuijens was previously arrested on 08/09/09 for similar charges (assault, unlawful imprisonment, criminal contempt, and aggravated harassment) .

Nuijens was arraigned in the village of Alexandria Bay and held at the Jefferson County PSB in lieu of $5000 bail.
