SP Alexandria Bay – Unlawful Possession of Marihuana at Canadian Border

State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested Alex M. Wilbur, age 23, of Rochester, NY for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on August 8, 2009 at 5:45 PM.

He was found in possession of three (3) marihuana cigarettes by US Customs and Border Protection agents while returning to the United States from Canada at the Thousand Islands Port of Entry.

He was arraigned before the Town of Orleans court, plead guilty, paid a $170.00 fine and surcharge, and was released.
