State Police Arrest Fugitive From Pennsylvania thumbnail
(Watertown, NY - July  08, 2009)

The State Police in Watertown arrested Matthew C. Martin 06-20-83 113 Middle St. Centre Hall Pennsylvania on 1 count of Grand Larceny 4th a Class E Felony one count of Unlawful Possession of Personal ID Information 3rd a Class A Misdemeanor , and two counts of Petit Larceny a Class A Misdemeanor. Said defendant did use the credit card number of Sean W. Norton Fort Drum, NY and rented a vehicle on 05-20-09 from G-Wizz Auto Fort Drum for a value of $1562.00. On 05-17-09 Martin used the same number to rent a U-Haul truck from the Town of Watertown for $230.59 and completed the same transaction 05-23-09 for $320.23. Martin was held in the Clinton County Correctional facility in Pennsylvania as a fugitive on the Grand Larceny arrest warrant and was extradited 07-08-09 by State Police members. Defendant was arraigned before T/Adams T/J Donald Shaw and remanded to the Jefferson County PSB ILO $15,000 bail, pending Grand Jury action.
