State Police arrest man after domestic dispute in Watertown thumbnail

(Watertown, NY - June 03, 2010) The State Police in Watertown arrested Michael L Reff, 03/09/81, 19606 Route 12F, Town of Watertown for Harassment 2nd, Criminal Mischief 3rd and Endangering the Welfare of a child.

The arrests stem from an investigation of a domestic dispute where Reff physically harassed his girlfriend Bambi Rue and punched a china cabinet causing the glass to break. The couple’s 1 year old child was sitting on the floor when the glass from the cabinet broke and fell all around the child.

Reff was arraigned in the Town of Hounsfield Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Jail in Lieu of $1,000 bail.
