State Police In Watertown Arrest Man For Breaking Into Jefferson County SPCA thumbnail
(Watertown, NY - September 18, 2009)
The State Police in Watertown arrested Thomas E. Dominessy 05-11-81 21875 Admirals Walk Watertown, NY 13601 on 1 count of Criminal Trespass 3rd a Class B Misdemeanor. Dominessy is accused of breaking into the SPCA Water St, Town of Pamelia, Jefferson County on 09-17-09.
There was nothing taken in the break-in however a window screen was damaged.
Dominessy was issued an appearance ticket to return 10-08-09 7-00 PM T/Pamelia Court.
