Apt B Fort Drum, NY 13602 Town of Leray, Jefferson County on 1 count of Identity Theft 2nd a Class E Felony, and Unlawful Possession of Personal ID Information 3rd a Class A Misdemeanor. Said defendant did use the debit card number of her Aunt Lawonda M. Brown Fort Drum, NY without the permission of the complainant and obtained goods and services worth $586.75 via the internet from 07-16 thru 07-29-09. Defendant was arraigned before T/Leray T/J George Meade and remanded to the Jefferson County PSB pending Grand Jury action.
