Two Unlawful Possession of Marihuana Arrests thumbnail

The New York State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested two subjects for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on September 21st, 2009 following two separate traffic stops.
Timothy M. Black, age 21, of Carnegie, PA, was arrested on US RT-11, in the Village of Philadelphia, after he was stopped because his front seat passenger was not wearing her seatbelt.  Mr. Black was found to possess 21 grams of marihuana, 2 marihuana pipes, and 2 water bongs.  He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Philadelphia Court on 09/23/09.
Samuel J. Squadrito, age 22, of Syracuse, NY, was arrested on ST-37, in the Town of Alexandria, after he was stopped for Following too closely.  Mr. Squardrito was found to possess 1 gram of marihuana and a pipe with marihuana residue.  He was issued appearance tickets for Following too closely and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana returnable to the Town of Alexandria court on 09/29/09.
