Unlawful Possession of Marihuana in the Town of Watertown

The New York State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested Jonathan C. Truxell, age 26, of 15 West Church Street, Adams, NY for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on October 4th at approximately 5:25 PM.

Mr. Truxell was operating an unregistered vehicle on I-81 in the Town of Watertown. When stopped, an odor of burnt marihuana was detected and a subsequent search disclosed a pipe with marihuana residue and a plastic baggie containing approximately 1 gram of marihuana. Mr. Truxell was issued an Appearance Ticket for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and a traffic ticket for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, both returnable to the Town of Watertown court on 10/29/09.
